“GOING FORWARD EXCHANGES”
Each property handled through the exchange: $ 250 each
Exchange funds are deposited into an interest-bearing account
with Union Bank of California. Interest offered at highly competitive rates.
NO MINIMUM DEPOSIT REQUIRED.
“REVERSE & BUILD-TO-SUIT EXCHANGES”
In addition to the “going forward” exchange fees,
reverse exchanges are $4,800 plus outside title fees and charges.
